Vietnam manufacturing sourcing without the guesswork
We find, vet and manage factories in CNC machining, injection molding, fabrication and assembly, so you get the right partner the first time. Reply within 24 business hours.
From your brief to a vetted factory in five steps
We are your people on the ground in Vietnam. You stay in your time zone and we walk the factory floor for you.
Brief and match
Share drawings, specs and volumes. We map them to factories in our network.
Factory shortlist
You get two or three qualified factories with capability profiles, capacity and indicative pricing.
Sample and approve
We coordinate samples, run pre-production checks and confirm quality before tooling.
Production and QC
Inspections at key points: pre-production, during production and pre-shipment, with AQL sampling.
Ship and support
Logistics handover, export documents and follow-up if something goes wrong after shipment.
End-to-end sourcing, or one piece at a time
Take the full package, or pick the parts you need. We work the way your team works.
Supplier vetting
We audit the factory before you commit. No paper-only checks.
- Facility audit: machines, capacity, workforce
- Reference checks with current buyers
- Registration and ownership checks
- Certificates verified with the issuer
Quality control
Independent inspection at each stage, so you have eyes inside the factory.
- Pre-production inspection
- During-production check
- Pre-shipment inspection with AQL sampling
- Container loading supervision
Project management
One coordinator handles factory communication so you do not have to.
- Single point of contact across factories
- Weekly progress updates with photos
- Issue escalation and follow-up
- English and Vietnamese communication
Logistics and shipping
From the factory gate to your door or port, handled end to end.
- Freight forwarder selection and quotes
- Export documents: CO, packing list, bill of lading
- FOB, CIF or DDP terms
- Shipments to the US, EU, Japan and Australia
Why a curated network beats browsing a marketplace
A sourcing partner is not a search engine. We have already filtered out the trading companies posing as factories, the generalists and the shops that vanish after the sample.
Factories, not trading houses
We screen out trading companies that present as factories and generalists who say yes to everything. The shortlist is real production sites.
Matched on capability
We recommend the factory whose machines and experience fit your part. Not the one that pays us for placement.
English-speaking project leads
Every factory we work with has a named contact who can handle English, so you are not negotiating through a translation app.
Manufacturing categories we cover
Tell us what you make. We tell you which Vietnamese factories can build it and which ones to avoid.
CNC machining
Precision parts, prototypes, low to mid volume.
Injection molding
Plastic parts, tooling and mass production.
Sheet metal fabrication
Cutting, bending, welding and finishing.
Electronics assembly
PCBA, box build and cable harness.
Wood products
Furniture, countertops and custom millwork.
Casting and forging
Aluminum, iron, sand casting and die casting.
Surface finishing
Anodizing, plating and powder coating.
Custom OEM and ODM
Product development and turnkey builds.
Not on the list?
Send the brief anyway. We tell you if we can help.
By industry: semiconductor equipment, medical devices, automotive and motorcycle, aerospace and drones, industrial machinery, consumer electronics and audio, bicycles and sports equipment, furniture and wood products. All industries
Why not go direct?
Three ways sourcing alone goes wrong, and what we do about each. Fixing them later costs more than doing it right at the start.
The factory that was not a factory
You signed with a trading company. It subcontracted to a shop you never saw, and the factory tour was someone else's plant.
What we do: Every factory we recommend is audited by us in person before you see it.
The supplier that goes quiet
Replies were fast until the deposit was paid. Then samples needed one more week, and the factory went silent before shipment.
What we do: Milestone-based payments, regular site checks and one accountable project manager.
The quality cliff
The samples and the first batch were good. Later pieces had defects nobody caught until the container arrived.
What we do: AQL sampling during production and before shipment. Defects are caught in Vietnam, not in your warehouse.
Tell us about your project
A thirty-minute call, no obligation. We review your specs and tell you if Vietnam is the right fit and which factories to consider. Prefer to give full detail first? Use the full brief form.
- Reply within 24 business hours
- NDA available before any specs are shared
- Straight feedback, no pressure to commit

Questions buyers ask
Something else? Email or call +84 989 719 498.
Are you a factory or a sourcing company?
A sourcing company. We do not own machines. We find factories in Vietnam, audit them, match them to your drawings and manage the order with you. The factory makes your parts.
How much does the consultation cost?
Nothing. The first call is free and there is no obligation. We tell you plainly whether Vietnam suits your part and which type of factory to look at.
Who sees my drawings?
Factories first see a capability brief with part type, material and volume, without your name or company. Drawings go only to factories on your shortlist. We sign an NDA with you before any files are shared if you ask for one.
How many factories will I hear about?
Usually two or three that fit the part, with capability profiles, capacity and indicative pricing. If only one fits, we send one rather than pad the list.
What do you check when you vet a factory?
The business registration and ownership, the machine list against what is on the floor, workforce and capacity, quality records and references from current buyers. Certificates are checked against the issuing body, not just photographed.
What happens if the production quality is wrong?
We inspect at set points: before production, during production and before shipment, using AQL sampling. Defects are caught and fixed in Vietnam. If something still goes wrong, we take it up with the factory with you.
Which categories do you cover?
CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, electronics assembly, wood products, casting and forging, surface finishing and custom OEM or ODM builds. We are less active in textile, footwear and food.
