Privacy and how we share your brief

What we collect
When you send a request we receive your name, email, company, country, the project details you enter and the files you upload. When a factory applies we receive company and contact details plus capability information. We use Google Analytics to count visits and form submissions.
How we share your brief
Factories first see a short capability brief: part type, material, volume and timeline. It does not include your name, company, contact details or files.
Drawings and files go only to the factories on your shortlist. We do not sell your details to anyone and we do not add you to marketing lists.
NDA requests
If you tick the NDA box, or ask us by email, we share nothing beyond the capability brief until an NDA is signed.
How long we keep files
We keep requests and drawings for 12 months to handle follow-up questions and repeat orders. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email and we act within 30 days. Factories that already received your brief keep their own copy under their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages help buyers. They set cookies. You can block them in your browser without affecting the forms.
