Questions factory owners ask
Is there a listing fee?
No. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no premium tier. You quote your normal price on the briefs we send you.
Will you give my factory name to the buyer?
Only after the buyer has agreed to move forward and an NDA is in place. During the shortlist stage your factory is shown by capability profile only. This protects you from buyers who try to go around us.
Do I have to give you exclusivity?
No. You keep your existing buyers and channels. We are additional demand. We ask only that orders we bring you stay routed through us for QC and project management.
What if my plant is already busy?
Tell us your real spare capacity in the application. We match buyers to factories that have room, so we do not send briefs to a plant that is full.
What if my team does not speak much English?
It is not a dealbreaker. We handle buyer-facing communication. We need one person who can read English email and reply within a day. Machine translation is fine.
How long until the first brief?
It depends on whether your capability matches a request we have open. Sometimes soon after onboarding, sometimes months. We do not promise a date.
